Returns and Refunds

Every MansMade piece is made by hand in Oklahoma, and I want you to love what you receive. Here's how returns work.

Ready-to-ship pieces
You may return a ready-to-ship piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The piece must be unused and in its original condition. Please email me at anthony@mansmadelegacyco.com before sending anything back, and I'll provide the return address.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Please pack the piece carefully. I can't refund an item that's damaged on its way back to me. Once I receive and inspect the return, I'll issue a refund to your original payment method, including the sales tax you paid on the item.

Custom, personalized and made-to-order pieces
Custom and made-to-order work is made specifically for you, so it's final sale. It's not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your piece has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact me and I'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

You may cancel a made-to-order purchase for a full refund before I begin work on it. Once work has started, the order can't be canceled.

Damaged in shipping
If your order arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and keep the box and packing materials. I'll repair, replace or fully refund the piece, including shipping.

Natural variation and care
Wood grain, color, knots and small variations are part of what makes each piece one of a kind. They aren't defects. Cutting boards and other wood goods need basic care: hand wash only, never soak them or put them in the dishwasher, and oil them occasionally. Damage from improper care isn't covered.
