Shipping and Delivery

Where I ship
I ship within the United States by UPS. UPS can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your piece's packed weight and your delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Processing times
Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 3 business days of your order. Made-to-order and custom pieces ship within the lead time shown on the product page. If anything will delay your order beyond that time, I'll let you know right away with a new date, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with UPS tracking information.

Local pickup and delivery
Local pickup is free from our Moore, Oklahoma location. I'll contact you after your order to schedule a time. Free local delivery is available within 10 miles of Moore, and I'll reach out to schedule a delivery time that works for you.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. If your tracking stops updating or your package doesn't arrive, contact me and I'll work with UPS to resolve it.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, I'll reship it once the shipping cost is covered.
