Purpleheart, Zebrawood and Maple Cutting Board

Bold color with no stain or dye. Deep purpleheart and striped zebrawood run between two rails of pale maple, glued up into a solid long-grain cutting board.

Every color here is the wood's own. Purpleheart's natural violet mellows gradually with age and light, zebrawood adds bold dark stripes through warm gold, and maple frames it all with clean, light grain.

Every board is finished with pure, food-grade mineral oil and sealed with Legacy Wax, our own house-blended board wax.

Each board is cut, glued, sanded and finished by hand, so the grain and color pattern are unique to this one. Photos show the board before its oil finish, which deepens the colors.
